Malaysia to Singapore - Learn more about VISA Requirements to Enter Singapore. Visa on Arrival (VOA) - All the foreign tourist except for Commonwealth Country required a Visa before passing thru Tuas or Woodlands Checkpoint.
- For China or India tuorist can make a Visa on Arrival for 7 days (VOA) at Tuas Checkpoint ONLY, if they passing thru secong link they need to provide their passport.
- For Commonwealth Country Visitors, they can just pass thru Tuas or Woodlands Checkpoint seamless with their passport. Except Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Nigeria.
Disembarkation / Embarkation Cards - Singapore to Malaysia - No more disembarkation cards (white cards) required for Singapore to Johor travellers since 1 Jun 2012.
- Malaysia to Singapore - Request from driver a Singapore Disembarkation / Embarkation Card during your journey back to Singapore if you need one.
Passport / Visa Issues at Customs - Driver will wait 10 mins, in case of any passport or visa issues at the customs.
- Passenger will have to let driver know to continue waiting after 10 mins, or passenger would like to return to pick-up point. An additional SGD 80 per hour is applicable for the driver to continue waiting after the initial 10 mins.

Wheelchair - Wheelchair (folding type only) - Free of charge, please make sure the vehicle you have selected is large enough to accommodate them. If in any doubt, please select a larger vehicle. Arrival transfer
- From all airports, ferry terminals and points of entrance into Singapore.
Arrivals following flight no. (default option)
- Driver will monitor flight should it arrive early or be delayed, and be at the airport at the confirmed flight landing time.
- Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for you to clear customs, pick-up your luggage and meet driver in the arrival hall. A waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 60 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 60 mins.
- Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.
Arrivals following pick-up time (special request)
- Driver will show up ONLY at scheduled time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 10 mins.

Arrivals (multiple flights)
- Each driver will only be able to meet & greet passengers from one flight, as there may be a possibility of multiple flight arriving in different terminals or flight changes due to early arrivals or delays. Please book additional transfers for each flight if you have passengers from more than one flight.
