Hourly Disposals within Malaysia

• Fits 1 x medium suitcases & 1 x small hand luggage items per passenger for traveling with luggage.
• Driver will take you to / from the accommodation address you provide on STEP 1 of the booking process.
• Vehicle may be upgraded to one with greater capacity depending on availability.

• 24 hours daily including Public Holidays with reservations made at least 1 day in advance. Please book 2-5 days in advance for long-distance trips to Malacca and beyond.
• For travel within Malaysia only.

• This service is only available via online booking and payment.
• Bookings can be made online 24 hours in advance to guarantee a vehicle. Check availability.

• New reservation received and PayPal payment receipt will be sent immediately to your email provided on booking completion. Please call us if you did not receive any.
• Booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 24-48 hrs.
• Driver details will be sent to your email 12 hrs before the transfer with driver name, mobile no. and vehicle no.

• Receipt with the subject Your payment to Limousine Transport will be emailed by PayPal to your email address provided during PayPal checkout (Credit or Debit Card) immediately on payment completion. (Check your spam mail as well!).

• Driver and vehicle will be with the guest on disposal for required duration (hourly time blocks).

Hourly disposal with Arrivals

• Hourly disposal starts upon flight landing time for pick-ups from arrival flight(s), cruise or entry point(s) in Malaysia, and driver will wait for the guest within no. of hours booked. Waiting time and transfers to be completed within duration booked. Arrival transfers require advance payment by Credit or Debit card online (Except for Immediate Arrivals).

Hourly disposal for multiple passengers

• Each driver will only be able to transport one group of passenger(s) traveling together during the hourly disposal, as there may be a possibility of passengers requiring pick-up and/or drop-off at different locations which the same driver may not be able to cater in time. Please book additional vehicle(s) for each passenger group if there are multiple passenger(s) requiring pick-up or drop-off at different locations.

• Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.

• Be prepared for long queues and crowds during public holidays and school holidays, and even the start and end of working hours daily.
