I would like to send my compliments to my driver, Mr C for my visit to Jurong Island on 30th June 2016. Mr C was very polite and courteous and took care of us. He opened the door for us every time we boarded and alighted from the vehicle. In addition, he was also properly dressed and his vehicle was very clean. At the Jurong Island Checkpoint, we had a small glitch in the clearance and Mr C, after finding out that the arrival hall had changed location from the CISCO guard, he took the initiative to call me to explain what had happened and waited for us. And when my guest dropped his mobile phone in his vehicle, he responded promptly when I called him and he drove back to the hotel to return the phone to my guest. He also messaged me to keep me updated of the situation. Please convey my thanks to Mr C. This is the first time that I am using your company's service and I was very pleased with the service rendered by your customer service staff (the whole transaction of booking and payment was very smooth) and driver as well. Should there be future events which require chauffeur service, I would consider using Limousine Transport again and also recommend your company to my colleagues and friends. Once again, thank you very much.

Hence, I called the hotline and tried to change to an earlier timing to return to Singapore.Your hotline staff attended my call with patience and managed to find a driver to send us home at 12:30pm instead of 4pm. Greatly appreciate the extra mile had done for us. Otherwise, we probably would still be at the Checkpoint.Many thanks too for both the drivers, friendly and helpful. I am writing in to commend on the prompt and helpful service rendered by your staff Mr S and another lady.We had reserved 9 Mercedes Cab, 2-way transfer with Limousine Transport for our company’s event held on 31 October 2013 and was assisted by Mr S. He was fast in responding to my queries prior to the reservation and went on to make the necessary arrangements once everything have been confirmed.As our event ended earlier than planned, I needed the cabs to arrive about 30minutes earlier than previously communicated. I called your company’s hotline and was attended by a lady. She acceded to my request readily and called me twice to confirm the new timing.All 9 chauffeurs arrived at the pick-up destination timely for us to plant a surprise gift for our guests. The chauffeurs were friendly and approachable. My guests too were very delighted with the chauffeurs’ service. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of them for their great service and for coming in such a short notice. One of my guests wrote this, “The special limousine pick-up made all the winners feel very pampered. From greeting us the minute we alighted from the limousine to walking up to the reception area, everything was tip-top.”All in all, I am very glad to have chosen Limousine Transport for this important event.

I am wrtiting to extend our gratitude over a great driver from your company, Mr A.During the peroid of the Singapore Air Show, Avitragourp ordered a 19-seat minibus from your company, which is driven by Mr A. Knowing most of us came for the first time, Mr Azhar, as a driver, automatically took the role as a tour guide every time on the way, introducing us to the parliament house, MSG, casino, merloin park,...etc.During the three days every time he drove us to the Air Show, he specifically designed different routines for us to enjoy Singapore from different perspectives---no one asked him to do that, he just always took our need into consideration.He never complained when we changed our mind again and again over where to go or asked him to stay until midnight to pick us up, instead, he always smiled and did whatever we asked him to do happily. Any time at any place, a phone call to him would bring him to us only within five minutes or even less.We are deeply touched by his heartfelt enthusiathm and deep dedication to his job.
