• Free of charge, please make sure the vehicle you have selected is large enough to accommodate them. If in any doubt, please select a larger vehicle.
• Economy MPV (Toyota Innova) fits 1 bicycle (front-wheel intact) + 1 passenger + 1 luggage; or 2 bicycles (front-wheel removed) + 2 passengers + 2 luggage.
• Economy Minivan (Hyundai Starex) fits 1 bicycle (front-wheel intact) + 5 passengers + 5 luggage; or 2 bicycles (front-wheel removed) + 5 passengers + 5 luggage.

Arrivals following flight no. (default option)

• Driver will monitor flight should it arrive early or be delayed, and be at the airport at the confirmed flight landing time.
• Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for you to clear customs, pick-up your luggage and meet driver in the arrival hall. A waiting surcharge of MYR 20 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 60 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 60 mins.
• Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.

Arrivals following pick-up time (special request)

• Driver will show up ONLY at scheduled time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. Additional waiting surcharge of MYR 20 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 10 mins.
• Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.
• Please advise if you wish to proceed with the arrival transfer for driver to follow pick-up time requested instead of tracking your flight.

Arrivals (multiple flights)

• Each driver will only be able to meet & greet passengers from one flight, as there may be a possibility of multiple flight arriving in different terminals or flight changes due to early arrivals or delays. Please book additional transfers for each flight if you have passengers from more than one flight.

• For departure transfer, recommended check-in at least 2 hrs before scheduled time of departure (ETD) if you have checked luggage, or 1.5 hrs if you have no luggage.
• Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.

• Driver will pick-up at scheduled time for the transfer. Complimentary 15 mins waiting time for pick-up.
• A waiting surcharge of MYR 20 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 15 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 15 mins.
• On-call or stand-by services are only available for hourly disposals.
