Arrivals for Private Hire Car - No meet & greet service

• Driver will show up at the Exit Door of your arrival terminal 60 mins after confirmed flight landing time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins, capped at 20 mins.

Arrivals following flight no. or ferry name (default option)

• Flight Tracking - Driver will monitor flight or ferry should it arrive early or be delayed, and be at the airport or ferry terminal at the confirmed flight or ferry landing time.
• Waiting Time - Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for you to clear customs, pick-up your luggage and meet driver in the arrival hall (Excludes Private Hire Car). Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 60 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please book a Hourly Disposal with a minimum of 2 hrs for Limousine Cabs and 3 hrs for Private Limousines if the waiting time exceeds the initial 80 mins. Please call driver if you need him to continue waiting after 60 mins.
• Meet & Greet - Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call driver if you have difficulties locating him.

Arrivals following pick-up time (special request)

• Driver will show up ONLY at scheduled time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please book a Hourly Disposal with a minimum of 2 hrs for Limousine Cabs and 3 hrs for Private Limousines if the waiting time exceeds the initial 30 mins. Please call driver if you need him to continue waiting after 10 mins.
• Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call driver if you have difficulties locating him.
• Please advise if you wish to proceed with the arrival transfer for driver to follow pick-up time requested instead of tracking your flight.

Immediate Arrivals

• For passengers waiting at the airport currently, an Immediate Arrival transfer service is available 24/7 for Mercedes Cab & Maxi Cab by calling our hotline at +65 6535 3534.
• Please be ready to board vehicle within 30 mins.

Arrivals on Multiple Flights

• Each driver will only be able to meet & greet passengers from one flight, as there may be a possibility of multiple flight arriving in different terminals or flight changes due to early arrivals or delays. Please book additional transfers for each flight if you have passengers from more than one flight.

Arrivals from Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCC) or Harbourfront Ferry Terminal (SCC@Harbourfront)

• Driver will pick-up 1 hour later from the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) to facilitate high volume number of passengers disembarking from cruise at the same time.

Additional notes

• Please note that arrival transfers require advance payment by Credit or Debit card online (Except for Immediate Arrivals).
• Please book a Hourly Disposal if you require driver to wait beyond 60 mins waiting time.
• Check your Changi Airport Arrival Flight Status or Departure Flight Status.
• Check your Cruise Schedule on the Marina Bay Cruise Center Schedule or Singapore Cruise Center Schedule.
• Check yourFerry Schedule for Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT / SCC@Tanah Merah) and Habourfront Ferry Terminal (RFT / SCC@HarbourFront).

• For departure transfer via Changi Airport, recommended check-in at least 2 hrs before scheduled time of departure (ETD) if you have checked luggage, or 1.5 hrs if you have no luggage.
• Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.
• Check your Changi Airport Departure Flight Status or Changi Airport Flight Schedule.

• Driver will pick-up at scheduled time for the transfer. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for Private Hire Car and 15 mins waiting time for Limousine Vehicles during the pick up.
• Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 15 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please call driver if you need him to continue waiting after 15 mins.
• On-call or stand-by services are available for Hourly Disposal service.

• Driver and vehicle will be with the guest on disposal for required duration (hourly time blocks). Minimum of 2 hrs for Limousine Cab or 3 hrs for Private Limousine for Hourly Disposal service.
• Package rates - Minimum of 6 consecutive hours for Half Day package rates, and 10 consecutive hours for Full Day package rates for selected vehicles.

Hourly disposal with Arrivals

• Hourly disposal starts upon flight landing time for pick-ups from arrival flight(s), cruise or entry point(s) in Singapore, and driver will wait for the guest within no. of hours booked. Waiting time and transfers to be completed within duration booked. Arrival transfers require advance payment by Credit or Debit card online (Except for Immediate Arrivals).

Hourly disposal for multiple passengers

• Each driver will only be able to transport one group of passenger(s) traveling together during the hourly disposal, as there may be a possibility of passengers requiring pick-up and/or drop-off at different locations which the same driver may not be able to cater in time. Please book additional vehicle(s) for each passenger group if there are multiple passenger(s) requiring pick-up or drop-off at different locations.

• Complimentary 30 mins vehicle inspection and briefing for driver at your location, available for Hourly Disposal service of at least 12 hours and above.
• For bookings of at least 6 hours and above, an additional surcharge of S$60 for 30 mins disposal of vehicle inspection and briefing for driver is applicable.

• Age 3 years and above is considered as an adult passenger and will required an individual seat with seatbelt.
• Age 2 years and below may sit on parent's lap.

• Please refer to the capacity limit for each vehicle. Each passenger seat may be replaced to fit a large size luggage, golf bag or baby stroller.
• Luggage measurements are based on 26" large size: Height: 26 inch (67 cm) / Width: 18 inch (45 cm) / Depth: 11 inch (28 cm).

• Please note that any additional luggage beyond the maximum vehicle capacity stated will not be carried onboard for safety reasons.

• Car child seats are not mandatory for taxis, limos & buses, as they cannot be reasonably expected to carry a variety of different child seats and restraints, due to luggage space constraints.
• Parents taking the vehicle should bring or take all precautions to keep their children seated quietly for the entire ride. Please bring one if you need it.
• Isofix car child seat base is not available for all vehicle.

• Wheelchair (folding type only) - Free of charge, please make sure the vehicle you have selected is large enough to accommodate them. If in any doubt, please select a larger vehicle. Disabled passengers must be able to board the vehicle independently or with the assistance of those in their party.

• Private vehicle requires a pass provided by Jurong Island based company to enter the island. Driver's name and NRIC number will be provided once booking is confirmed.
• Please book a Limousine Cab (with taxi sign) if Jurong Island pass is not provided for the driver.
